Ahoy amigos, it's p.k here, today being the second of August I learned about common website components and layout patterns.
Basically website building starts with common ELEMENTS such as :
<ul>
<li>texts
</li>
<li>paragraphs
</li>
<li>images
</li>
<li>Tags
</li>
<li>buttons etc.
</li>
</ul>
and the various elements are assembled to form various COMPONENT such as:
<ul>
<li>carousels
</li>
<li>customer testimonials
</li>
<li>forms
</li>
<li>tables
</li>
<li>tabs
</li>
<li>accordions etc.
</li>
</ul>
Then the components are assembled to form LAYOUTS such as :
<ul>
<li>Z-pattern
</li>
<li>F-pattern
</li>
<li>single-column
</li>
<li>multi-column or magazine etc.
</li>
</ul>
and then the assembling of this layout leads to the formation of a WEBPAGE. This is the proper pattern in which webpages are built.
